What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 12:00 PM.

Does the hotel offer Wi-Fi?

Yes, high-speed internet is available free of charge throughout the property.

Is there parking available at the hotel?

We offer on-site parking at The Cyrus Hotel for 110 pln per day, consisting of 21 underground spaces and 4 above-ground spaces.The technical specifications of the underground parking entrance are as follows:

  • Access ramp: 290 cm wide (standard: 270 cm).
  • Entrance gate width: 270 cm (standard: 230).
  • Entrance height: 215 cm (standard: 200 cm).

Please be aware that despite the generous gate height, there is a local structural lowering on the ramp limiting clearance to 2.00 m. For vehicles exceeding 2.00 m in height, outdoor parking spaces are available. Each parking space measures 2.5 m x 5 m.

As optional alternatives, we also offer 8 outdoor parking spaces at our conference centre, located just 100 metres away (90 pln per day) or parking at our sister Hotel Europeum, located 600 metres from The Cyrus (50 pln per day), which has 26 underground spaces and 10 above-ground spaces.

Due to the limited number of parking spaces, we kindly ask you to inform the reception desk in advance about your parking needs.

What are the terms of use for the sauna?

Your room card gives you access to the sauna area located on the 4th floor.Please follow these guidelines for your visit:

  • Booking: Please dial 7001 or 7002 from the hotel phone to contact the reception in order to have the sauna switched on at least 1 hour before your planned session.
  • Towels: Towels are available on the fourth floor in the sauna area. For the comfort of all guests, please use large towels to cover yourself while in the sauna area.
  • Dress code: To ensure a pleasant experience and out of respect for other guests, the use of towels, bathrobes and hotel slippers is not permitted in the lobby bar, restaurant, reception areas or anywhere on the ground floor.

Capacity: We would like to inform you that the sauna can accommodate up to 8 people at the same time and access is based on order of arrival.

Is there a restaurant or bar in the hotel?

Yes – the restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The bar offers snacks, cocktails, and beverages. Opening hours are available in the dining section.

Does the hotel accept pets?

To ensure a restorative night's sleep, we have curated a special selection of pillows tailored to your personal preferences.Our complimentary pillow menu includes:

  • Neck roll - A versatile cylindrical bolster (51 x 13 cm).
  • Contour head pillow - Orthopedic design for optimal neck and spine support. (47 x 30 cm).
  • Buckwheat pillow - Filled with buckwheat husks that contour perfectly to your head and neck, reducing back pain and muscle tension (50 x 70 cm).
