The conference room is located a few dozen meters from the hotel in a historic townhouse at 28-31 Rzeźnicza Street. It is equipped with all the necessary equipment, such as projectors, a microphone, speakers, and a sound mixer. The room, arranged in a theater-style layout, can accommodate up to 150 people.
