§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. This Privacy Policy applies to persons using the Website located at the URL: https://www.cyrushotel.pl and is effective from 21.07.2025.

2. The data controller of users' data is: Dreamriver Development Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office at: Św. Antoniego 2/4, 50-073 Wrocław, Poland; KRS: 0000244217, NIP: 1060000524; REGON: 120122598, (hereinafter "we").

§2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), we inform that:

1. We process data for the following purposes:

a. performance of a contract or taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR),

b. handling inquiries (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR),

c. handling complaints and claims (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR),

d. storing documentation and fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Controller (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR),

e. sending a newsletter (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR),

f. monitoring and improving the quality of services provided – requesting completion of a survey or answering a few questions regarding the quality of services provided (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR),

g. displaying personalized commercial information on social networks (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR)

2. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to use the services. In the case of giving consent, it is voluntary and is given by clicking a checkbox containing the terms of the consent.

3. If a person has given consent to the processing of data (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), the data are processed until the consent is withdrawn, but after that period information about who, when and what consent was given may be archived (for the purposes of establishing, asserting or defending legal claims). In other cases, data are processed for a period justified by the purpose (e.g. performance of a contract, answering inquiries, tax regulations, etc.). The processing period depends on the possibility of establishing, asserting or defending claims or when data retention is required due to tax regulations.

7. Persons visiting the Website may fill out a form and subscribe to the newsletter and provide an e-mail address and/or phone number as a basis for automated contact.

8. Persons visiting the Website may give consent for us to run advertising campaigns on social networks targeted based on email addresses.

§3. DATA RECIPIENTS

We use services of software and IT system maintenance companies with whom we have concluded appropriate agreements. These agreements include rules for data processing and confidentiality. These data are not shared and none of these companies are allowed to process the data in a manner other than specified in the agreement. Your data, if a company has access to them, may be processed solely for the purpose of correctly providing services.

§4. COOKIES

1. Cookies are sent to web browsers and then stored in the device memory and read by the server each time a connection to the Website is made.
