An exceptional place. The design, the kindness of the staff, even the quality of the mattress deserve praise. In this hotel nothing feels accidental. Every detail is carefully thought through and works together to create a truly pleasant stay. The hotel bar feels like it’s from the 1920s, the bartenders clearly know their craft, the lighting, chairs and music create a wonderful atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent - eggs Benedict stood out with perfectly balanced hollandaise sauce, and the crêpes Suzette were aromatic and juicy. I have seen many hotels of this class, but Cyrus makes every trip to Wrocław feel like coming back to the same host.

Everything was clearly explained at check-in. The rooms were very clean and the bedding smelled fresh - it was easy to fall asleep. Breakfasts were of a very high standard - both the à la carte menu (a great idea) and the rich buffet selection. The coffee was excellent. Everything was perfectly organized down to the smallest detail. And finally, a very friendly owner and the entire staff.

The breakfast was delicious, with excellent ingredients and a wide selection. Only a few steps from the Market Square. Staying at this hotel was a real pleasure.

Everything was fresh and perfectly prepared. The hotel is very clean and the spa area is of a high standard - a great sauna and a well-equipped gym. The location is perfect, right in the center of Wrocław, just a 3-minute walk from the Market Square. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We traveled with a child and were pleasantly surprised by the corner with toys waiting in the room - a lovely gesture showing care for the youngest guests. Definitely a place we would love to return to!
